When you place an order with Charli Baa, whether it be via email, post or this website, we will contact you to verify your order details, finalise pricing (including delivery) and collect your payment details. You can feel comfortable in the knowledge that we check every order and every garment thoroughly before packaging for delivery. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ordering experience with Charli Baa.

gifts and gift certificates
We hope that you love our clothing range as much as we do and want to share it with your friends and family. We offer gift certificates as well as special wrapping of garments if you are placing an order as a gift for someone special. Simply tick the "This order is a Gift" box on the downloadable order form or online order form, or contact us to discuss your specific gift needs.
order processing and delivery
We use Australia Post's Registered Post and Express Post services to deliver nationwide anywhere within Australia. Once payment has been received we begin processing your order.

exchange and refunds
Charli Baa wants to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. Should your garment be received in a faulty or damaged condition, please return to us within 7 days from the date of invoice to receive a full refund. All garments returned must be unworn and unwashed.
If you are not satisfied with the size of your garment, simply return the garment to Charli Baa for exchange. Please note that all garments returned for exchange must be unwashed and unworn. Garments returned in damaged packaging or not in saleable condition will not be accepted for exchange.
privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us. When you contact us through this website we collect the information you enter to enable us to assist with your purchase or enquiry. We will not sell, distribute or disclose these details to any third party without first asking for your consent to do so. We may, from time-to-time, send you information about new season launches, but if you do not want to receive this information, simply untick the 'Please keep me updated...' box on the online and printable order form. We make every effort to respect the privacy of your entered details.
